Landry’s Inc. CEO Tilman Feritta’s Mastro’s Steakhouse will make its Texas debut this fall at 1540 West Loop.
It will be among the establishments at Fertitta’s 10-acre mixed-used development, The Post Oak. The complex broke ground in 2015 and will include hotel, residential, office and retails spaces. Willie G’s Seafood & Steaks, 1605 Post Oak Blvd., will relocate to this campus.

“The Post Oak’s proximity to our corporate office allows me and my executive team to be intimately involved in the planning and development of this 10-acre urban experience,” Fertitta said in a statement.
Brothers Jeff Mastro and Michael Mastro originally founded the upscale establishment chain before selling it to Fertitta in 2013. There are currently locations in Chicago, Las Vegas and Beverly Hills, among other major metros across the U.S. The Uptown location will be Texas’ first.
