If you are a discerning individual, consider getting a property in this type of community. There is a degree of exclusivity, and the cost of entry is high, but it’s in service to the many amenities you can access.

If you are looking for properties, know that these have widely varying costs. The urban area has a spread from the very affordable to the reasonably high. The master-planned community is a bit steeper. If you have gone past this, it’s up to you where you want to live. It’s something that needs to be thought out well because this is the place where you will spend most of your life.
